Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items marked as “Final Sale”, gift cards, and personalized/custom handbags cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@solopurse.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Pack the item securely and include the RAN inside the package.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Label Options

Self-Paid Shipping: You can choose any courier of your choice for returning the item.

Prepaid Label (If Applicable): For certain return requests, we may provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time for Returns

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

If approved, we will notify you via email and proceed with the refund or exchange as per your preference.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds cover the product cost but do not include original shipping fees (unless the return is due to a SoloPurse error).

If your return does not meet our policy guidelines, we will notify you, and the item may be sent back at your expense.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Items that fail inspection due to wear, damage, or missing original packaging.

Custom handbags, personalized items, and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for refunds.

Orders canceled after shipping can only be refunded for the product cost, excluding shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or lesser value.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@solopurse.com within 48 hours with a clear description and photos of the issue.

We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
